What is MethylAction?

MethylAction is an R package for detecting differentially methylated regions (DMRs) from enrichment-based techniques for sequencing DNA methlyation genome-wide. These techniques include MBD-isolated Genome Sequencing (MiGS), MBD-seq, and MeDIP-seq.
